Sophie Gleitzman is a university qualified naturopath with an intuitive approach, weaving herbal medicine, naturopathic nutrition and menstrual cycle awareness to champion hormonal health at every life stage.

Sophie is passionate about the holistic and individualised approach to healing, using the power of natural medicine to address underlying causes. Sophie empowers her clients with self-understanding and practical solutions that improve wellbeing.

Working with Sophie is a collaboration and she will hold space for you to share and discover the stories in your body, mind and soul, while working alongside the rest of your care team. Regular communication with GPs, specialists and other complementary practitioners is part of Sophie’s clinical approach.
