Existing clients: a brief follow up to refine your plan or an accountability check in when life gets in the way

A 45 minute Naturopathic consultation that includes a full health check of key hormonal, nutritional and metabolic factors that can impact wellbeing through perimenopause. Includes referral for further testing as required.
